  • EMDR

    EMDR stands for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. It is an evidence based approach to treating trauma, anxiety, depression, pain, sleep disturbance, and many other issues.

    EMDR combines bilateral stimulation (tapping or eye movements, usually) and cognitive processing to help relieve distress and form new, adaptive pathways in the brain.

    LONGER SESSIONS (80+ min) available on request based on fit and availability. Out of pocket only - unfortunately, insurance does not cover extended sessions.

  • Extended sessions

    Although 50 minute sessions are the industry standard, they aren't a great fit for everyone.
